The TRACK at New Balance Aerial Map
Event Doors
The TRACK at new balance will open its doors on Saturday from 7:30AM until 7:00PM and on Sunday from 7:30AM until 6:00PM. Packet Pickup will be available during these hours.
Indoor Warm Up Area
There is a smaller warm up area located on the third floor of the facility and signs are visible throughout the inside of the facility to direct you. Athletes can use this area to complete their warm up. This space includes hurdles and a mini warm up track.
Checking in for Your Event
Athletes must check in READY TO COMPETE in full uniform and spikes. No bags or sweats will be allowed past spike check or in the clerking area. Please check into your event 20 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Throwing Implement Weigh In
Implements will be inspected immediately before the athlete competes.
Medical Staff
There will be an Athletic Training team on staff during the entirety of this event.
Unattached Athletess
Unattached Athletes do not receive a spectator/coaches pass with their registration. Parents and spectators must purchase a spectator pass for entry here.
Packet Pickup

Coaches - Please send one coach from your team to pickup your packet.
All CONFIRMED teams may access the express registration line to get their packets.
All UNCONFIRMED teams must speak with Trials of Miles Racing LLC Staff and present required information (payment, PO, contract) in order to compete!
Your packet will include a roster with bib assignments and bibs. You may pick up pins for your bibs at the registration table as well.
Spectator/ Coaches Passes
General admission tickets are $10 per day, with free admission for children under 5 years old. Tickets are available for purchase here.
Complimentary Coaches passes will provide facility access like a spectator pass and will be prepared inside your team packet. If you need extra coaches passes than what’s allotted, your additional coaches must show a coaches ID to claim an extra pass. If they are unable to provide a coaches ID then they will have to purchase a spectator pass.
Coaches are not allowed inside the infield during competition. Coaches will be allowed to check-in and enter the infield with their athletes 30 minutes prior to competition start up until 5 minutes to competition start to help their athletes with their steps/marks.
Coaches passes will be handed out as follows:
2 - 10 Registered Athletes - 1 Coaches Passes
11-20 Registered Athletes - 2 Coaches Passes
21-30 Registered Athletes - 3 Coaches Passes
31+ Registered Athletes - 4 Coaches Passes
